Job Title: C S Support

Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Location: Peculiar, MO

Position Overview

Customer Service Support handles a lot of the administrative duties that come with shipping errors, updating customer information, and with third-party shipping destinations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Communicate with management on any problems making recommendations and suggestion for solution.
  • Help teams with daily duties.
  • Making adjustments to the Customer Master in SCM View.
  • Creating Drop ships ID’s as requested.
  • Responsible for making changes to addresses according to the UPS Chargebacks.
  • Processing the RMA’s so inventory gets reversed, reshipped, and the customer receives an appropriate credit.
  • Process the bill only’s in fourth shift and keeping record of such adjustments.
  • Assist with Order entry duties.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager as needed.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
